Whenever it comes to tackling "pollution" at industrial workplaces caused by dust and many other substances Ruwac is your experienced and reliable partner. Not only are we a leading producer of industrial vacuums in the world, but we also offer solutions for almost any dust collection task.
Dust is extracted at the source with enclosed housing. Dedusting handles light to heavy dust; suction nozzles must be close to the source. Inlet diameters: 25–100 mm, air volume: 60–1000 cbm/h, pressure: 120–280 mbar. Systems are linked to machines; poor dedusting affects quality. Efficient design is essential.
Airborne dust extraction uses suction hoods with flexible arms or fixed connections. Small-scale tasks can use high-air-volume industrial vacuums, but most require higher air volumes. Dust extractors handle 1500–16,000 m³/h with 40 mbar pressure, or up to 120 mbar for long piping. Effective filter sizing is key; decentralized split-filter units with automatic cleaning outperform large central collectors.
Suction media is picked up via a hose accessory and transported to the collection container. Choosing a vacuum requires knowing the media properties, as all specifications depend on them. Fine dust needs lower pressure but larger filters, while heavy media requires higher vacuum pressure. Air volume ranges from 180–800 cbm/h, with differential pressure between 180–800 mbar.
